Mission

KSCL is a non-commercial education FM radio station programmed and operated by the students of Centenary College. KSCL is an extension of the Centenary College liberal arts education, where students and faculty work together to build a community focused on ethical and intellectual development. To this end:

-Students decide what goes on the air.
-KSCL programs provide access to underrepresented voices.
-KSCL events and programming are attentive to the needs of the local community and supportive of the regional culture.

There are rumors that she is the famed DJ Chicken Lady, but she can neither confirm nor deny this. A few other rumors about her that she CAN confirm or deny, however:

  • Her favorite food is chicken pot pies: DENIED, it is baby pot pies.
  • She is secretly a boy: DENIED, that problem was fixed surgically at birth.
  • Her first kiss was with one Mr. James Van Der Beek (star of televion's "Dawson's Creek"): DENIED, he was her second kiss.
  • She is simply the most delightful of all KSCL staff members: CONFIRMED, seriously have you met those other losers?
  • She has a cat which weighs 18 pounds: CONFIRMED, her name is Pete and she is eating RIGHT NOW.

Sam Bonham

Sam Bonham is a detective working for the LAPD. He's out east visiting his wife and kids for Christmas. As soon as he arrived, Sam headed straight from the airport to the Nakatomi Plaza to meet his wife Holly at the company's Christmas party, and while he was there, a group of German thieves pretending to be terrorists seize and lock down the plaza as a diversion for them to break into and loot the company's vault. Sam is currently working as a vigilante cop to fight the thieves and bring the down from the inside. However, in spite of all of this, he still finds the time to maintain the KSCL News. If you have anything you feel is newsworthy, please send it to him here. On a side note, one of Sam's dreams is to some day join forces and fight crime with Samuel L. Jackson.
